We collect information you provide directly when you request free access or contact us, including:

• First name, last name, work email address, and company name
• How you heard about Tiebreaker AI
• Framework of interest
• Communications you send to us

We also collect IP address, device information, and usage data for security and service operation purposes.

Corporate email domain is used to determine eligibility for free access. Personal email providers are not accepted. We collect work email to verify that a request meets eligibility requirements before processing free access. The email domain may also be used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Validated free access form submissions are forwarded to HubSpot, our CRM provider. HubSpot may receive your name, work email, company, framework interest, and source. HubSpot's privacy policy governs how HubSpot processes that data. We do not submit personal email addresses or unvalidated form data to HubSpot.

Premium subscriptions at USD 799 per month are processed by Stripe. Tiebreaker AI does not store payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data. Free access does not require a credit card or payment processor.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile, honeypot fields, corporate email domain validation, and rate limiting to reduce spam and protect free access availability. Cloudflare may process IP address and browser signals as part of bot protection. We do not use these signals for advertising or profiling.

Tiebreaker AI may set cookies or use third-party analytics services to understand how visitors use the website. HubSpot may set a tracking cookie (hubspotutk) used to associate form submissions with browsing sessions. You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Some functionality may be affected if cookies are disabled.

Evidence, policies, and documents uploaded to Tiebreaker AI are not used to train or fine-tune AI models. Customer project data remains scoped to the individual project context and is not shared with model providers for training purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, including cloud hosting, CRM (HubSpot), and payment processing (Stripe), and only as required by law.

We retain account and submission data for as long as necessary to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand website performance, page usage, campaign traffic, and conversion paths. Analytics data helps us improve the website, free access flow, and product information. Where required, analytics may depend on user consent and browser settings.
